Strike Force Worldwide.com is not available to the general public and is opened only to the qualified members of Strike Force Worldwide.com, the use of this site is restricted to our members and to individuals personally invited by them. Every transaction should be treated as member fees and considered to be a private transaction between the Strike Force Worldwide.com and its member.

As a private transaction, this program is exempt from the US Securities Act of 1933, the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and all other rules, regulations and amendments thereof. We are not FDIC insured. We are not a licensed bank or a security firm.
All the data provided by a member to Strike Force Worldwide.com will be only privately used and not disclosed to any third parties, unless directly involved in daily activities of Strike Force Worldwide.com.

You agree to hold all principals and members harmless of any liability. You agree that you are buying the service offered by Strike Force Worldwide.com and we serve the rights to suspend or terminate accounts that we find violating our term, rules or regulation.
We reserve the right to change the rules, commissions and rates of the program at any time and at our sole discretion without notice, especially in order to respect the integrity and security of the members' interests. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to review the current terms.
To reduce costs to all members and to Strike Force Worldwide, we have started a process where the member will only make one $5.00 payment plus $1.00 to cover Alert Pay fees, via Alert Pay for membership. For all months after the first payment, Strike Force Worldwide will holdback $4.50 to cover the current months membership fees.
Earnings are paid by the 20th of the month, the month after in which it was earned. As an example, all money earned in January, will be paid by February 20th. Earnings will only be paid when the total earnings reaches $5.00, excluding the holdback on membership fees. Unpaid earnings will carry forward to the next month. You are responsible for any Alert Pay or Safe Pay fees.
As an example, if you total earnings are $9.00 and you have one position in Strike Force Worldwide, we will deduct $4.50 from your earnings to cover your membership fees. Your total payout will be $4.50. This is under the $5.00 minimum, so will be carried over to the next month.
Members who joined under a free trial will not receive earnings until the free trial period is over and a payment is successfully made.
Paying members who have free trial members in their down line will not be eligible for earnings on the free members until the free member becomes a paying member. If a free member becomes a paying member in March, the up line paying members will see the first earnings paid in April. This payment schedule follows the standard payment schedule.
Commission will only be made to active members at the time commission is paid.
Earnings from the Member's Only Mall will be made one month after we receive payment from the company.
Strike Force Worldwide.com is not responsible or liable for any damages, losses and costs resulting from any violation of the conditions and terms and/or use of our website by a member. You guarantee to Strike Force Worldwide.com that you will not use this site in any illegal way and you agree to respect your local, national and international laws.
Strike Force Worldwide.com allows it's members to email thier downline once in any 24 hour period. Any violation of this could result in the immediate suspension of your account and loss of unpaid commissions.
We will not tolerate SPAM or any type of UCE in this program. SPAM violators will be immediately and permanently removed from the program.
We reserves the right to accept or decline any member for membership without explanation.
